Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm Central Time (CT).

Order Fulfillment:

Orders are typically fulfilled same day as long as orders are received before 2pm Central Time (CT). Orders received after this time will typically ship the following business day.

Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to the addressed specified on the order.

• Midwest and Mountain – 2 to 3 days
• East coast – 3 to 4 days
• West coast – 4 to 5 days
• Canada – 5 days +
• Mexico – 5 days +

Placing an Order:

To place an order please go to our store at engineeredendo.com and fill your cart with your desired items and complete checkout.

Please note, that using Chrome as a web browser can sometimes cause an order to not get completed. We recommend using another web browser.

If you are a clinic with a DSO, or other clinic that gets billed instead of online purchasing please email us your order at orders@engineeredendo.com.

We ship via US Post and provide tracking to the email you entered at time of order. If you have a question about the status of a shipment it is best to track the package via the email given with your tracking number.

Returns:

We will gladly exchange items if they were the wrong item ordered if they are unopened and in re-sellable condition. If the wrong item is due to our error we will exchange for correct item.

Returns can only be accepted 30 days after delivery of item.

To begin the return/exchange process please email us at orders@engineeredendo.com and have your order number in the email so we can assist you.

Ultrasonic tips:

Original tun tips are less expensive due to the non-machining process to manufacture them.

All Tun Gold and FRR tips are made with the traditional Swiss lathe method as other tips on the market, but we do this in a more economical fashion to provide cost savings.

• TUN B-line tips are the equivalent of BUC* tips
• TUN C-line tips are the equivalent of CPR* tips
• TUN K-line tips are the equivalent of KiS* tips
• FRR tips are the equivalent to CPR* 6,7,8 tips

ALL our ultrasonic tips (less the irrigation tips) have water ports for wet or dry use.

All our ultrasonic tips come in either the Satelec thread style (which fit 99% of North American piezo units) or the EMS thread style. If you purchase the wrong thread, we will gladly swap the tip for you.

Burs:

Munce Discovery Burs come in 28mm/31mm/34mm lengths.

• 28mm sizes are: #1/2, #1, #2, #3
• 31mm sizes are: #1/4, #1/2, #1, #2, #3, #4 and #6 cariesectomy bur
• 34mm sizes are: #1/4, #1/2, #1, #2, #3, #4

14-hole bur block kits include: 31mm, 34mm burs, the Cariesectomy bur as well as the TruGrit Refiner.

18-hole bur block kits include: 28mm, 31mm, 34mm burs, the Cariesectomy bur as well as the TruGrit Refiner.

Munce Discovery burs come in packs of 4 or 6, as well as variety packs (per size).

Irrigation tips:

• IrriGator Plus are single port tips with 25mm length in either 27ga or 30ga.
• IrriGator Pro are dual side port tips with 25mm length in either 27ga or 30 ga.
• IrriGator Flex is 27mm in length and has a 0.3mm tip opening that is dual port.
• IrriGator Premium are all 30 ga. Tips that come in either 22mm or 26mm lengths. IrriGator Premium are designed to replace NaviTips*
  
  

Finishing files:

Finishing files feature a unique paddle shape design to effectively clean the canal as a final irrigation activation step using your rotary handpiece. Set rotary handpiece to 700-900 RPM.

Are all size 20 with 04 taper and come in lengths of 21, 25, 31mm.

They are meant for single use cleaning of the canal.

Only available in packs of 6.

JS IrriGator:

Are single-use Stropko* irrigators that come in bags of 50.

JS Irrigators are available with 18ga, 20ga, and 22ga pre-bent tips already on the device.

Paste/Sealer Delivery Tips:

3DPD tip is a 27ga. Dual port paste/sealer tip with MINIMAL waste hub. Cannula is designed to form how you want it and stays in that shape, providing excellent paste/sealer delivery.

MAXFIL tip is a 28 ga. Blunt end paste/sealer tip with MINIMAL waste hub. Cannula is also designed to form how you want it and stay in that shape providing excellent paste/sealer delivery.

ActaCal Bioceramic Sealer:

ActaCal Bioceramic Sealer is a Calcium Silicate (aluminum free) based bio ceramic sealer that is pre-mixed and comes in 2.2gr syringe with 10 of our 3DPD tips.

Acatcal Paste:

ActaCal Paste is an industry leading 45% Calcium Hydroxide paste that comes in (2) 2gr. Syringes and 10 3DPD tips.
